Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease renewal efforts while ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.
Requirements include valid license, ability to lift, and strong communication; experience in retail/customer service is preferred. Averages may include incentive pay based on performance.
