Member Service Representative

A Member Service Representative is needed for a credit union in the Charleston area. If you're looking for a meaningful career,

Responsibilities include conducting financial transactions for customers, such as deposits and withdrawals, providing customers with information regarding personal and business accounts, as well products offered by the bank and ensuring security of all transactions and of cash supply. Knowledge of basic lending functions and back office processing is essential.

• Previous teller experience
• Previous cash handling experience
• Multi-line phone experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service experience
• Great attitude

Evaluation-to-hire position

Hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00am - 5:30pm. Pay rate starts at $14.00/hour
