Our team of experts delivers a wide range of professional services across five major markets: architecture, land development, water resources, transportation, and energy.
We are looking for a designer/draftsman in our Architectural division to support our team in our Charleston, WV office location. This position would be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and collaborating with professionals to bring innovative and functional structures to life.
Key Responsibilities- Design and draft using Revit and other applications to bring the concept and idea of the project stakeholders of both new construction and renovation.
- Produce high quality deliverables for clients at all stages of the design process.
- Gain an understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods.
- Produce architectural/interior design work on projects and assist in the preparation of construction documents on assigned projects.
- Assist with design calculations, quantities, review technical specifications and design estimates.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- 1 – 3 years of industry experience
- Proficient with Revit and Lumion or similar 3D modeling software.
- Possess strong time management and communication skills.
- Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
