Support Staff: 3 nurses, 1 NP, dedicated pre-cert specialist
Patient Population: Pediatric through adult
Practice Setting: General ENT + Audiology, Head & Neck Cancer specialist on staff
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Size: 956 beds
Skills Required: All General ENT procedures
Board Certification (required)
Active WV license (or IMLC eligibility/temp license support available)
DEA required
BLS and ACLS required
Minimum 1 year experience
Credentialing Timeframe: days
