a private, non PE backed radiology practice

is actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our Charleston WV hospital locations. We offer both Employment and Independent Contractor opportunities.

If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $30,000.00 referral fee.

Here are high level terms, these can be adjusted to fit individual physicians needs:

Employment:

$ annual salary and benefits (401K with a match, healthcare, etc).
Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM work-shifts.
40 Weeks On-Site
8 weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday), weekends are 100% Remote
12-weeks of PTO per year.
Additional Productivity based compensation.
CME Allowance.
SUBSTANTIAL Sign-on bonus.
No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.
No non-competes.
Administrative support through our MSO.
