This position will only be filled with a long-term substitute if a qualified candidate is not secured for the regular position OR if the successful applicant for the regular position is unable to assume the position. Contract will be terminated upon hire of regularly employed personnel during the School Year, if the position is no longer posted due to lack of need, or the School Year concludes.
This position is for the School Year only.
- West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate or Long-Term Substitute Permit
- Certified to Teach:
Multi-categorical and Autism grades K - 6, K - Ad preferred - Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process
- Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
- The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations

Minimum Requirements:- Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration.
- Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
- Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration.
- Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.
Salary:
Based on the salary scale, certification, and experience.

Remainder of the School Year.
