Family Pastor Cross Lanes Baptist Church

Cross Lanes Baptist Church is an SBC church located in the Charleston (Capitol City) area of West Virginia. Our current Student Pastor is preparing to be sent out to plant a church in a different area of WV this summer. We are seeking a Family Pastor with primary responsibility for Student Ministry. It is a full-time role and includes benefits. The role will include coordinating and implementing the student ministry with a volunteer team, working with the current Children’s Ministry Director to shape discipleship of young people and families as a whole, and working with the Pastoral Staff Team (4 pastors including this role) to serve and equip the church in ministry.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and some experience is preferred. Resumes with a cover letter may be sent to  Teaching samples (if available) and social media links are helpful to include in the resume. The pastoral staffing process is coordinated by the lead pastor.
