Content Designer, Digital

I. Job Summary

The Digital Content Designer works cross-functionally with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Front-End Engineers to implement modern experiences that delight customers on  and other digital channels that receive millions of visits per month. The role crafts content for , the new My WM mobile app and additional digital properties to meet customer acquisition and retention objectives across WM's key lines of business.

• Works with stakeholders from market areas and various corporate functions to conceptualize and implement new pages on , including visual direction and content strategy
• Collaborates with brand team to ensure visual and content standards are consistently upheld on
• Participates in daily stand-ups and grooming sessions with technical teams to discuss the implementation of new features and functionality on
• Reviews and approves content provided by content analysts and outside agencies to ensure relevance, clarity and accuracy
• Plans research initiatives in collaboration with the User Experience team to ensure customer needs are consistently met through  content
• Ensures  content is optimized for maximum SEO value in collaboration with Digital Marketing team
• Optimizes site performance and technical architecture in collaboration with design and development teams; finding ways to improve content taxonomy and regularly documenting new processes and procedures related to content optimization

A. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Communications, Marketing, Writing or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $__ - $__ . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
