Description:

Academic Interventionist

Job Summary:
  • Provide intervention services to identified students needing additional Instruction
  • Collaborate with core and support teachers, school principal, and county curriculum department to analyze student performance data and plan intervention strategies
  • Participate in and utilize professional development relevant to instructional delivery of a high quality standards-based program.
  • Implement and follow the county model in the delivery of instructional intervention strategies.
  • Submit required documents in a timely manner
    • Qualifications:
  • A valid West Virginia Teaching Certificate
  • Minimum Five (5) years teaching experience
