Engineering Intern (Temporary)

High School

• Interact and learn from junior and senior technical staff.
• Assist with the administration and coordination of various projects.
• Utilize strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and organizational skills.
• Perform effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Communicate clearly and organize tasks efficiently.
• Be highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of data from field investigations, creating maps, reports, drawings, and other documentation for engineers.
• Contribute to writing technical reports, correspondence, and proposals.
• Use Civil 3D or Micro Station to lay out roads, bridges, retaining structures, drainage and utility systems, and site grading and earthwork designs.
• Apply understanding of all phases of the planning, design, and construction process.
• Support development of report writing, calculation packages, and specifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals and CAD software proficiency.

• Minimum GPA of 2.5; preferred GPA 3.0.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (Civil 3D, Micro Station).
• Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
