The Deputy State Highway Engineer/Manager – Environmental Compliance oversees the Environmental Compliance Division within the West Virginia Division of Highways, directing staff and ensuring adherence to NEPA and regulatory standards. This role provides research, planning and management across projects to meet environmental permit obligations and maintain water quality compliance.
Travel may be required; a driver’s license is required.
