Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and development of bridge projects including steel and concrete superstructures, substructures, and retaining walls
• Perform and check structural analysis and design calculations
• Oversee plan development, quantity calculations, and construction cost estimates
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of project documents and calculations
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and agency personnel
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff
• Support business development efforts including proposal preparation and client presentations

What You ll Bring

• BS or MS from an ABET accredited university in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5–10 years of applicable bridge engineering experience
• PE licensure in WV or OH required or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Proven experience with design of all bridge components in accordance with AASHTO LRFD
• Proficiency in Open Roads and/or Micro Station
• Experience with bridge design software for structural components
• Experience with WVDOH and/or ODOT project development processes
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
