Scale Microgrids is seeking a Director of Power Systems Engineering to lead a team delivering off-grid and grid-tied microgrid solutions for data centers and DER projects. You will mentor engineers, define roadmaps, review designs, and coordinate with BD, execution, and commercial teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in power systems, 3+ years leading technical teams, and deep knowledge of solar, storage, switch gear, and reciprocating engines. Hybrid work is supported.
