We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to support our project management and construction supervision teams across ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review and validate Contractor’s baseline program, work methodology, resource histograms, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor weekly/monthly progress and verify actual site performance.
- Evaluate updated schedules, recovery plans, and EOT submissions.
- Conduct delay analysis and identify critical/non-critical activities.
- Prepare independent monthly progress reports.
- Provide early-warning alerts and mitigation recommendations.
- Attend weekly site meetings and review schedule updates.
- Review and confirm monthly progress claims.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Support forecasting of completion dates and milestone tracking.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
- Consultant experience is a must.
- Strong skills in Primavera P6 & MS Office.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in UAE projects is an advantage.
