Must-Haves- BS in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain preferred
- Experience with water line and sanitary sewer rehabilitation/replacement projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects, clients, and technical teams effectively
- Experience with permitting, environmental studies, and construction coordination preferred
- Ability to travel periodically as needed

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate existing utility infrastructure and develop recommendations for rehabilitation or replacement
- Support the design and implementation of water line and sanitary sewer improvement projects
- Coordinate environmental studies, permitting activities, alternative analyses, and technical deliverables
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Assist with submittal reviews, RFIs, change requests, and change orders
- Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
- Identify future project opportunities and support business development efforts
- Deliver presentations to clients, public officials, and regulatory agencies
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and technical conferences
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through successful project delivery
- Incorporate engineering considerations into water and wastewater system designs, including pump selection, valve sizing, and equipment layout
- Support troubleshooting and performance evaluation during construction and commissioning phases
