• Respond to and advance product-related inquiries via email
• Lead and document notes from weekly internal and customer-facing calls
• Supervise and update the status of each game launch using product management tools
• Review and distribute game-related materials to customers, including promotional assets and launch documentation
• Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions to provide product and marketing recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks
• Keen attention to detail to ensure all game specifications and requirements are met
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with product coordination tools like Trello and
