Location: Charleston, WV

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour (higher rates may be considered based on experience)

Manpower is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Full-Time Branch Teller for a new branch opening in Charleston, WV. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and accurately processing daily financial transactions in a professional banking environment.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow all cash-handling and security procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with basic account inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer banking products and services
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards

This position requires a 3–4 week training period at another branch prior to the Charleston location opening. Mileage reimbursement will be provided, and lodging will be covered if the employee chooses to stay locally during training.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service and cash-handling experience preferred
• Previous teller or banking experience strongly preferred
• Strong professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
