Treasury Management Specialist

The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for the identification and execution of cross‑sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.

• Compiles data for TM Sales Advisors, completes relationship reviews, and performs pro‑forma pricing analyses and handles client sales needs.
• May have direct responsibility for a portion of an advisor’s portfolio.
• Conducts direct sales via telephone as well as individual and joint calls with advisors and/or relationship partners.
• May require minimal travel.
• Contributes to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities.
• Independently manages workflow and expectations with little oversight.
• Proactively manages portfolios and all risk‑related and pricing activities.
• Executes and accurately completes special projects as assigned by expected deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience of five (5) years in banking and/or Treasury.
• One (1+) year of Treasury Management experience.

• Three plus years of Treasury Management experience.
• One plus year of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goal expectations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Sales Force software.
