Overview:
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of the credit union, ensuring that members enjoy a seamless and positive banking experience. This role requires accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of financial services. Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Pay rate is $15/hour.
Full time position M-F from 8:30am to 5pm.
** NO SATURDAYS*
* Key Responsibilities:

• Perform paying and receiving functions for customers, such as cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals, mortgage, consumer loans and other payments.

• Understand and comply with the related laws and compliance regulations that pertain to teller duties.

• Provide a high level of customer service. This includes understanding customer needs, as well as understanding the bank products offered.

• Ensure that the assigned cash balances on a daily basis and is kept secure at all times.

• Must keep cash drawer within assigned drawer limits.

• Become familiar with bank products to be able to refer customers to appropriate departments within the financial institution.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a bank teller or in a similar customer service role is a requirement
Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in using banking software and tools.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Problem solving skills to quickly respond to customer needs and find a solution.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screening.
