Liaison is responsible for cultivating referral relationships. This role is crucial for driving growth through patient referrals and involves developing strong relationships with various stakeholders, including patients, family members, physicians, and healthcare professionals
11. Work with hospital case managers and physicians to identify and transition patients into the next level of care: 15. Maintain knowledge of CMS and third-party payor Inpatient rehabilitation requirements
16. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with focus on referrer satisfaction and account retention
