Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Overview

Honor Vet Technologies is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Charleston, West Virginia.

• Interventional Radiology procedures within the Interventional Vascular Radiology Suite, including peripheral angiography & venography with intervention, EVAR/TEVAR, carotid stenting, and neuro-intervention (acute stroke, embolization).
• Operate PACS and manage fluoroscopy equipment (Siemens preferred) and ultrasound as part of daily duties.
• Assist as circulator and scrub, maintaining sterile field and strict sterile technique & infection control.
• Maintenance of equipment, inventory management, and vascular closure systems (e.g., Perclose, Star Close).
• On‑call responsibilities with a 30‑minute response time, including weekend rotations as specified.

• 1 year Interventional Radiology experience
• ARRT required
• WV State License required (may submit pending; must be active before start)
• BLS required
• Vascular Intervention certification preferred
• 100‑mile radius rule (75–99 miles may be submitted for facility approval)

• Shift: Day shift | 4×10s (07:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Schedule:
  
  4×10 Days, Monday–Friday;
  On‑call rotation required (weekdays & weekends); ~8 call days/month, including 1 weekend/month;
  Every 3rd weekend on call (5–6 total weekends per contract); 30‑minute response time
• Orientation:
  Every other Monday

• Interventional Vascular Radiology Suite
• Floating required to CAMC General (sister facility, 2 miles away) for 1 week
• Average daily census: 7–10 cases
