Make a Difference Every Day
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide hands-on support with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need.
- Track and Monitor Vital Signs: Keep detailed records of vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, and monitor food and fluid intake to ensure patient health and safety.
- Promote Safety and Well-Being: Vigilantly observe patients to prevent self-harm, aggression, or other risks, stepping in to provide immediate support and intervention as needed.

Facilitate patient movement within the facility and on external trips, and actively engage in supporting various therapeutic and recreational activities. - Adapt and Contribute: Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to patient care.
