Positions Service Desk DispatcherDescription Coming Soon!
Level 1 – Service Desk TechnicianA moderate level of expertise with many different technologies found in the small to medium company environment.
- Microsoft Azure and the “365” ecosystem
- Active Directory, Windows, and typical server deployments such as terminal services, Citrix, IIS, and print servers
- Build a computer independently
- Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing and network systems
- Knowledge of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services
- Diagnosis skills for technical issues
- Support for Microsoft core business applications and operating systems
- Basic network level technical support: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
- Remote access implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix
- Monitoring remote monitoring and management alerts and responding through service tickets
- System documentation maintenance and review
- Full‑stack small‑business solutions: security, backup, servers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment
- Communication with customers: keeping them informed of progress, changes, and outages
- Multi‑tasking and adapting quickly to changes

Level 3 – Service Desk TechnologistA deep level of expertise across many technologies used in small to medium business environments.
- Microsoft Azure and the “365” ecosystem
- Active Directory, Windows, and standard server deployments (terminal services, Citrix, IIS, print servers)
- Deep networking knowledge: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, layer‑2 vs layer‑3, VPN, subnetting
- Linux/Mac proficiency preferred
- Full‑stack small‑business solutions: security, backup, servers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment
- Exceptional client service
- Type‑A personality preferred
- Escalation point for junior staff and leadership within the service team
