Parexel is seeking an Early Development Lead Clinical Data Manager to join our FSP team in the US. Hybrid role (2 days/week) in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ. Lead DM deliverables, mentor peers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality data for early development programs.
The role requires strong project leadership, ICH-GCP compliance, SDTM/CDISC knowledge and the ability to work across time zones. Travel as needed to support sponsor objectives.
