ResponsibilitiesAs a Computer Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly around the clock. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and support critical operations that ensure reliability and performance.
- Monitor Brightstar’s enterprise systems in a 24/7 operational environment
- Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams
- Execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately
- Generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Identify and escape system issues quickly and effectively
- Assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery

We’re looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a technical operations environment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a related technical role
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment
