The West Virginia Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) seeks a Data Analyst to manage program data, build dashboards, and lead federal reporting. The role supports telehealth, transportation, value-based care, and Medicaid/Medicare data stewardship. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and at least three years of data analysis experience, with CMS/state reporting familiarity preferred.
