Business Analyst Opportunity

UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Business Analyst opportunity in Charleston, West Virginia. Core

Responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate with developers, data architects, and IT teams to ensure smooth software delivery and system integrations.
• Query, analyze, and validate data sets using SQL, Excel, and business intelligence reporting tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups within Agile or Scrum frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and tracking platforms (Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, plus strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
