Cloud Center Of Excellence (Ccoe) Implementation Specialist
UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Cloud Center Of Excellence (Ccoe) Implementation Specialist opportunity in Charleston, West Virginia. The Cloud Center Of Excellence (Ccoe) Implementation Specialist will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide adoption frameworks, operational guardrails, and compliance standards. They will lead organizational change initiatives and develop cloud training programs for internal teams. The specialist will act as a communication link between IT operations, security units, and business stakeholders.
They will also review and process public cloud account and infrastructure requests while enforcing security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of IT leadership or project management experience, specifically within cloud transformation programs.
- At least three (3) years of experience defining cloud governance, best practices, and enterprise-wide cloud adoption strategies.
- Minimum of two (2) years in organizational change management and developing cloud training programs for internal staff.
- Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills to bridge the gap between IT operations, security, and business units.
