Own day-to-day operational management for AIP’s Charleston headquarters and provide operational support for Monarch’s expanding West Virginia footprint. This role ensures corporate and regional operations run smoothly and that site teams have the support, processes, and resources needed to execute.
The Regional Operations Manager partners with leadership across delivery, finance, legal, and community relations to drive operational discipline as the organization scales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Charleston office operations including facilities, vendors, access, basic IT coordination, and administrative workflows.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for travel, onboarding, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Support field operations by coordinating resources, shipments, and logistics between Charleston and Point Pleasant.
- Track key operational metrics and identify process improvements as the team scales.
- Manage relationships with local service providers and ensure budget‑aligned procurement of corporate services.
- Support leadership meeting logistics, internal communications, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Assist with compliance administration (policies, training tracking, document retention) as assigned.
- Serve as a dependable problem‑solver for day‑to‑day operational issues across the WV organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, office management, or corporate services roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build repeatable processes in a high‑growth environment.
- Experience supporting industrial, construction, or infrastructure organizations is a plus.
- Strong vendor management and budget discipline; comfort working across leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to be based in Charleston, WV with periodic travel to Point Pleasant as needed.
