Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities:
Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.;
Evaluates each restaurants QSC standards and provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts periodic inspections.;
Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all Team Members.;
Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion.;
Analyzes business performance; initiates appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations.
