- Manage, mentor, and develop staff at varying skill levels, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee scheduling for employees and subcontractors, adapting quickly to changing priorities and unexpected delays.
- Utilize project management tools, including Gantt charts, to plan, track, and adjust workflows.
- Anticipate and resolve issues related to supply chain delays, product quality problems, or on-site conflicts.
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are consistently met in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
- Coordinate cross-department collaboration to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Monitor department budgets, track costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Handle escalations and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement best practices, safety protocols, and operational efficiencies.
Required:

- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, telecommunications, or related technical management.
- 5+ years of proven leadership in managing multiple technical teams and subcontractors in a construction-like, constantly changing project environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifting timelines, supply issues, and on-site challenges while keeping projects on schedule.
- Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills to work with both seasoned professionals and new team members in need of training.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive under high stress and adapt to rapid changes.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in structured cabling, telco infrastructure, and enterprise network design.
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety codes, and compliance requirements.
