ALTIVIA Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Chemical Loader to join our team in Institute, WV. The Chemical Loader will be responsible for safely loading, unloading, and handling chemical products in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Load and unload chemical products into and from trucks, railcars, and storage tanks safely and efficiently.
• Operate loading equipment such as pumps, hoses, and valves following established procedures.
• Inspect equipment and containers for damage or leaks prior to loading operations.
• Ensure all loading activities comply with company safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of loading activities, including quantities and product types.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding loading schedules and any issues encountered.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of loading equipment and work areas.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in chemical loading, material handling, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical handling safety practices and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to operate loading equipment and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.

This position involves working in an industrial setting with exposure to chemicals and outdoor weather conditions. Proper safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory at all times.
