Locum CRNA West Virginia
Position Type: Locum Tenens

Shift: Flexible 5 8, 4 10, 3 12, 7a 3p, 7a 5p, 7a 7p; weekends possible (2 3 weeks/month, not weekends only)
Start Date: 04/06/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Position Details:
- Coverage: 40 hours/week (3 FTE)
- Patient population:
Neonates through geriatrics, inpatient and outpatient - Types of surgery:
General, vascular, ortho, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy - Practice setting:
Main ORs (primarily Memorial), Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Hospital - EMR:
Cerner
Requirements:
- NBCRNA Board Certification
- WV License required (no new licensing accepted)
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS - Minimum experience:
2 years - Credentialing timeframe: days
Coverage Notes:
- Flexible scheduling once credentialed, based on confirmed shifts and orientation completion
- Must be willing to rotate among 3 hospitals
