Required Skills:
  • Valid state RN license with certification as a CRNA
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent anesthesia experience
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Proficiency in administering anesthesia in diverse surgical settings
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in ambulatory surgical centers and hospitals
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
  • Flexibility to work various shift types, including night shifts and weekends
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia or related field
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in anesthesiology
  • Prior experience with a variety of surgical procedures including vascular, orthopedic, neuro, and cardiothoracic cases
Other Requirements:
  • Licensure as a CRNA in West Virginia
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week with shifts including nights (7p-7a), weekends as needed, and up to 3 shifts per week depending on scheduling
  • Ability to complete credentialing process within 60-90 days
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
