RN - PCU

Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00), with every other weekend required.

Join a multidisciplinary team providing nursing care to multi-system-injured trauma patients and surgical patients in a six-bed intermediate care stepdown unit. The ideal candidate will have background experience in PCU, IMC, Trauma, or SDU.

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced, acute setting with a focus on trauma and surgical patients.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between floor and stepdown beds as necessary, based on facility needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required; 1 year in a specialty area.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• IV start, telemetry, vent management, and conscious sedation skills required.
• West Virginia or compact RN license required (pending license acceptable).
