Required Skills:

• Valid WV RN license and certification as a CRNA
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR system
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including 3 12-hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts, with willingness to work weekends (minimal) and occasional night shifts

• Previous experience in ambulatory surgery centers or hospital ORs
• Familiarity with multiple surgical disciplines (e.g., neuro, cardiac, vascular, orthopedic)
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs
• Bilingual communication skills

• Graduate degree in Nursing or Anesthesia from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical setting
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Candidates must be willing to obtain or hold an active WV licensure
• Ability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) and flexibility for occasional weekend shifts
• Credentialing process typically takes 60-90 days
• All travel, licensure, certification, and other expenses reimbursed as applicable
