We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia services across multiple hospitals and outpatient facilities. Required Skills:
- Valid WV RN license and current certification as a CRNA
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience
- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in administering anesthesia across diverse surgical procedures and patient populations
- Strong understanding of EMR systems, specifically Cerner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility with shift schedules, including night shifts and weekend coverage
Skills:
- Experience in multiple surgical specialties including neuro, cardiac, vascular, orthopedic, and pediatrics
- Prior experience working in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings
- Ability to adapt to varying hospital protocols and electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Education and Experience:
- Graduate-level education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- At least 2 years of post-licensure anesthesia practice
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Credentialing readiness within 60-90 days of employment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Availability to work 2-3 weeks per month based on schedule needs
- Ability to work in a multi-hospital environment within short commuting distances
- Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital-specific policies
- Hourly Pay Rate: $205.14

April 6, 2026 - Contract Length:
Ongoing with scheduled rotations - Work Schedule:
Night shifts, 5 days a week, with options for 8-hour or 12-hour shifts - Coverage: 40 hours per week, three full-time equivalents (FTE)
- Practice Settings:
Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Hospitals - Patient Population:
All ages, inpatient and outpatient
