Local Contract Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

Setting: Obstetrics & Gynecology (L&D)

Pay Range: $46.61 - $48.94 per hour

Schedule: 3x12 Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) (

Note:

Weekends every other week, float to Mother Baby as needed)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

• 2 years of experience as an RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have circulating experience in the OR setting, FHM, IV Start, Triage, and Scrub skills a plus
• Valid RN license (must be pulled within 2 days of submission; clean licensure required)
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Willing to float to Mother Baby as needed
• COVID vaccine (no block requests; not required outside flu season)
• Flu shot (mandatory unless medically exempt with physician proof)
• Ability to complete fit test using approved masks (candidate responsible for scheduling; travel up to 100 miles may be required for testing)
• Must submit: work history, skills checklist, 2 recent manager/charge references, RN license verification, Driver’s license, SSN

• Provide circulating RN services in low- and high-risk obstetric cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Utilize your skills in triage and scrub functions to support labor, delivery, or mother-baby units.
• Assist with OR procedures, including IV start and FHM monitoring, while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols.
