• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed an LPN program that is state approved, passed the LPN licensing examination and licensed by the state of WV as an LPN
• Criminal background check conducted pursuant to WV Code §18-5-15c and/or §18A-3-10, as appropriate
• Must have and maintain First Aid/CPR certification
• Must provide verification of successful completion of First Aid/CPR program – official card not required
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
• The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations

  • Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration.
