Job Overview
Vetted is seeking a RN – Med Surg for a travel job in Winston‑Salem, North Carolina. This contract pays approximately $9,489 per month gross. Contract length is based on confirmed shifts, with a shift length of 12 hours.
Start Date:
ASAP.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post‑procedure monitoring as indicated.
- Work 36 hours per week distributed on 12‑hour shifts.
- Guaranteed pay:
You will be paid for all confirmed shifts; canceled shifts are not a concern. - Premium overtime:
Overtime on travel assignments pays 2x the hourly rate. - Weekly pay:
You will receive your pay on a weekly basis for financial flexibility. - Health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Housing stipend.
- Travel assistance.
- Referral bonus.
Pay package is based on confirmed shifts/hours and may include taxable and tax‑free components.
