Job Description & Requirements
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) – locum tenens support.
Start Date:
ASAP. Available shifts: 10. Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75.
- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., 10‑hour shifts, 4 days per week.
- Patients per day: 15‑16.
- Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic.
- Scope: Standard Primary Care.
- State Licensure: Oregon Medical License, DEA, BLS, Board Certified.
- Credentialing timeframe: 30 days or less.
- Facility
Location:
Corvallis, Oregon.
