The Nursing Director 1 provides comprehensive clinical and administrative supervision to regional managers and staff involved in Ryan White Part B and HIV case management services in West Virginia. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and competency evaluations while ensuring compliance with HRSA policies and implementing Clinical Quality Management initiatives. The position serves as a subject matter expert in clinical case management, focusing on improving health outcomes such as viral suppression and care retention for people living with HIV.
Keyqualifications:
- Current West Virginia license or temporary permit to practice as a registered professional nurse
- Associate degree in nursing and 7 years RN experience including 3 years RN experience including 3 years administrative/supervisory experience; OR Baccalaureate in nursing and 4 years RN experience including 2 years administrative/su
- Leadership experience in recruitment, onboaling, scheduling, and staff disciplinary actions
- Knowledge of HRSA policies, Ryan White program requirements, and CAREWare system
- Experience analyzing utilization trends and building community partnerships
