Flexible scheduling with 8, 12, 16, or 24-hour shift options
Average 60 babies daily census in 52-bed Level IV NICU
Level IV facility with rising census
Day shifts initially with nights available after orientation
Full-time or near full-time FTE preferred
NRP certification required
Coverage to transition from MD to NNP staffing model
Hospital privileges required
