Registered Nurse Supervisor

Cedar Ridge Center in Sissonville, WV seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The RN Supervisor coordinates clinical services, oversees nursing staff, and ensures high standards of safety, quality, and dignity for residents. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support continuing education, and contribute to a compassionate, professional environment focused on rehabilitation, long-term care, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Coordinate and oversee delivery of resident-centered clinical care
• Conduct patient assessments and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes in condition
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, regulations, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on rehab and long-term care goals
• Educate, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Promote a safe environment and adherence to infection control practices
• Communicate closely with residents and families regarding care plans
