Job Title: Rehab Registered Nurse

Location: Charleston, WV

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1811.47 - 1902.04

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license but must have WV/Compact license active to start

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients with cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputations, spinal cord injuries, and neurological diseases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a physiatrist, nurse practitioner, therapists, and social worker to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer treatments and therapies for patients working with therapy teams for around 3 hours daily Monday through Friday.
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and accommodate block schedule requests.
