Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments and treatments
• Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Document care, assessments, and outcomes in EMR per policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on resident goals and discharge plans
• Monitor changes in resident condition and notify provider and family
• Support rehab and restorative nursing programs to maximize function
• Educate residents and families on care, medications, and discharge needs
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Precept or support new staff and participate in ongoing training
