- Stock inventory and set up kitchen stations with all necessary supplies.
- Pre-preparing food for service (e.g., chopping, cutting, mixing, or prepping sauces).
- Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Keep workstation and kitchen clean.
- Ensure menu items are high quality and delivered timely.
- Practice nutrition and sanitation standards through proper food handling and storage.
- Follow recipes and instructions to deliver guest orders accurately.
- Prepare plate menu items as ordered, adhering to specifications with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Safely operate knives, ovens, grills, warming trays, and other equipment.
- Prepare and stock ingredients for meals, set up per instructions, and follow standardized recipes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive/Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Culinary degree for Line Cook III.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- 0-3 years of culinary experience (depending on placement into Line Cook I or II).
- 3+ years of resort culinary experience for Line Cook III.
