Position Summary
Assists management with supervisory responsibilities over associates in an assigned area. Duties include assigning tasks, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes, guiding member service approaches, resolving member complaints per company guidelines, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting safety, and contributing to the Open Door Policy.
Responsibilities- Supervise associates in the ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club).
- Train and support associates in ecommerce operations, assign duties, provide feedback, and communicate goals.
- Ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders, audit orders, and maintain equipment readiness for associates.
- Support the Sam’s Club Pickup plan and processes, including KPI updates, audit of customer orders, and continuous improvement of pickup performance.
- Identify trends, generate causes, work with management to implement solutions, and update process metrics.
- Participate in projects to improve pickup efficiencies, model appropriate picking and loading, and evaluate execution of program plans.
- Provide member service through technology support, purchasing assistance, and issue resolution.
- Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation per policies, handle returns, stock, and zonal organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, forklift procedures, hazardous material handling, and company safety software.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to improve processes and outcomes.
- Act with integrity, uphold ethics, and support the Open Door Policy for compliance issues.
- Lead teams, coordinate work assignments, and model adaptability to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
