CWS IT is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our cybersecurity and technology sales team. This position will serve the
Charleston territory, including Beckley, Huntington, and surrounding areas
.

This is an outside B2B sales position focused on developing new customers while managing and growing relationships with existing accounts. The Sales Representative will prospect businesses throughout the territory, meet with decision-makers, conduct technology site surveys, identify customer needs, work with our technical team to develop solutions, prepare and present proposals, follow up with opportunities, and meet established sales goals.

• Expected annual compensation of approximately$30,000–$60,000+, based on sales performance

  12–15% of net new revenue generated

We are looking for someone who is comfortable
getting out into the community, prospecting business-to-business, opening new doors, and developing long-term customer relationships
. Previous sales experience is a plus, and experience or knowledge in
IT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions
is especially valuable. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, personable, willing to learn, and comfortable being accountable to a sales quota.
