* Job Description:

** The
** Territory Sales Representative
** is responsible for promoting and driving the growth of
** Diamond**,
** Shenandoah**, and other
** Master Brand
* * cabinet lines within Lowe’s home improvement stores. This role focuses on increasing market share by cultivating relationships with in-store designers, providing expert product and sales training, and offering support for computer design programs. We welcome candidates who bring strong potential and are willing to learn; comprehensive training on our products, business model, and tools will be provided.
** The territory for this position is in the greater West Virginia area.
**** Responsibilities:
*** Grow & maintain Master Brand sales for Lowe’s home improvement stores in the designated territory.
* Train and become mentors for new Lowe’s in-store designers.
* Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers.
* Assist designers in closing store sales.
* Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 2-3 weeks.  This requires the ability to travel frequently with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
* Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
* Receive product in new stores and existing stores – ability to lift 40 lbs.
* Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or GED equivalent required;
Bachelor’s-level degree in Business Marketing Design or a related field is highly preferred.
* Sales experience preferred.
* Valid driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm and drive for sales.
* Strong written verbal and presentation skills
* Kitchen design experience is a plus
* 20/20 software experience preferred but not required
* Experience with large home centers preferred but not required
* Cabinet industry knowledge preferred but not required
